Our company has been producing fine seafood, meat and poultry dishes ready-packed for the grill and oven since 1993.
Today, Sonoma Seafoods items are sold at upscale food retailers at more than 2,000 locations across North America. We've expanded our production facilities to better serve our customers in the Midwest an on the Eastern Seaboard.
We've also added fine poultry, pork and beef entrees to our original value-added seafood product lines, as well as special seasonal and holiday offerings.
All of our seafood products are prepared from scratch. The Sonoma Seafoods staff start just before dawn every morning, filleting the fish of the day, shredding cheese, chopping herbs and sautéeing the garlic and onions used in the day's stuffings. We use absolutely NO MSG. Our Direct Store Delivery program entrees are specially packed and shipped in containers we developed with University of California food scientists to keep our products cold and fresh.
In November, 2009, Sonoma Seafoods became part of the Slade Gorton family. With additional processing sites in Boston and Ft. Lauderdale, we are now able to better serve our customers on the East Coast.
