INGREDIENTS:
Ground Beef, Bleu Cheese Crumbles, Uncured Cooked Bacon Bits, Apple Juice, Celery Juice Concentrate, Lactic acid.
COOKING
INSTRUCTIONS: For best results, thaw prior to grilling. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. To thaw immediately: Remove frozen burger from box and place sealed, bagged burger in large bowl of lukewarm water. In about 5-6 minutes, the burger should be pliable and ready for grilling. Cook or refrigerate immediately after thawing. DO NOT REFREEZE.
BBQ:
Oil grill slightly and preheat at medium-high setting. Grill about 3-4 minutes on each side, turning several times to avoid burning. (Cooking times may vary depending on grill setting.)
Pan Fry:
Place thawed burger in very lightly oiled preheated skillet. Cook at medium-high temperature for about 3 minutes on each side. (Additional turns may be necessary).
Broil:
Place oven rack in middle position and preheat oven. Place thawed burger onto broiler pan and place it on rack in the oven. Cook for 4 minutes. Carefully turn patty over and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Using oven mitts, carefully remove broiler pan and set aside. Wait 2 minutes before serving.
