Too HOT To Cook Indoors?
Grill our Stuffed Salmon and other stuffed entrees
Preparation: Place entree on a piece of aluminum foil (squeeze lemon over the entree, if desired). Wrap foil completely around entree and poke hole in the foil to vent steam during cooking. Place entree on the grill, away from flame. Grill approximately 15 minutes (turn once during cooking). For seafoods, entree is cooked when fish flakes easily. Carefully remove from foil and serve.
