All of our stuffings are made fresh every day. We use fresh whole milk, grate our own fresh natural cheese and even chop our own fresh vegetables. Stuffed Seafood Fillets                       

Stuffed Salmon Belle Mar - One of our best sellers. A boneless, skinless, fat line-removed Salmon fillet wrapped around our most popular stuffing.

Stuffed Salmon Morocco - Our boneless salmon fillet filled with light, fluffy couscous, cheese, cilantro, lemon and sun-dried tomatoes.

Stuffed Tilapia or Cod - A delicate boneless fillet of Tilapia, wrapped around our Crab Meat and cheese stuffing.

Stuffed Sole Monterey or Stuffed Flounder Monterey - A delicate, boneless fillet of Sole, wrapped around our Monterey Stuffing -- made with three kinds of cheese and shrimp.

Stuffed Creole Catfish - A boneless fillet of Catfish, wrapped around our zesty Creole Stuffing, made with tender crawfish and garden-fresh green bell peppers and tomatoes.

Stuffed Orange Roughy - A premium, boneless fillet of Orange Roughy filled with our unique and delicate stuffing made with a blend of 5 different cheeses and fresh-from-the-garden Broccoli.

Macadamia Stuffed Mahi Mahi - A premium cut of wild Mahi Mahi, stuffed with our Mango and Macadamia Nut Stuffing -- decidedly Hawaiian, sweet and different.

Salmon Roast
Another of our most popular items. A two-pound roast wrapped pinwheel style with two types of stuffing: Belle Mar and Florentine.

Seafood Pinwheels

Pinwheels are another Sonoma Seafoods consumer favorite. We top fresh cuts of seafood with our signature stuffings, roll them, and slice them vertically into single-serving pinwheels perfect for the plate. Our pinwheels are available in Salmon, Sole, Tilapia, Mahi-Mahi, Halibut, Roughy.

Our salmon pinwheel comes with our most popular "Belle Mar" seafood stuffing and our Florentine stuffing. The Tilapia pinwheel comes with a savory stuffing made with real crab meat. Our pinwheels have proven so popular that we expanded our entree line to include pork pinwheels and chicken pinwheels.

Sonoma Seafood Cakes and Burgers

Our gourmet cakes are prepared with the same attention to detail as all our products. We only use the freshest fish and the most flavorful spices, blended together in the perfect balance to produce the tastiest cakes available in the market today.

Maryland Crab Cakes: A unique blend of spices, green onion, and mayonnaise bring out the fabulous taste of fresh crabmeat. No breading or coating on our crab cakes give the customer a great value.

Shrimp Cakes: a newer twist on an old idea. We took premium cold water shrimp and combined it with our best crab cake ingredients to make a shrimp cake. It's fabulous! The shrimp we use is top quality pink shrimp from Oregon, recently MSC certified.

New: Bites (Mini-Cakes). Our delicious Maryland Crab Cakes in a bite-sized version. Perfect for parties, appetizers or a light snack. Available frozen in bulk or 6 per pack. Bite-sized varieties inlude: Crab Lobster Bites, Crab Bites, Shrimp Bites, Texas Chipotle Salmon Bites.

Salmon Burgers -- Available in Five Great Innovative Flavors
A great item for the grill or stovetop that will surely appeal to the seafood lover and the health conscious consumer.  Salmon burgers are available in Santa Fe, Teriyaki, California Thai, Rosemary and Ranch.

Seasoned Marinated Fillets - Our quality Sonoma

Seafoods fresh fillets, marinated, vacuum packed and ready to toss on the grill or broiler. The 11 oz. fillets come tray-packed with cooking instructions.

Our seasoned fillet flavors so far include a Honey Bourbon Salmon Fillet, a Seasoned Grill Salmon Fillet, a Lime Cilantro Tilapia Fillet,  a Teriyaki Salmon Fillet and a Lemon Dill Salmon Fillets.

Crusted Tilapia Fillets - The Pistachio Garlic and Pecan Parmesan coatings are crunchy and delicious.

Bowls & Meals

Our latest product: seafood noodle and rice bowls. Shrimp bowls ready to microwave at home or at the office for a complete meal. Three flavors: Teriyaki Shrimp with rice; all natural Shrimp Scampi -- made with real butter, garlic and olive oil on a bed of noodles; and Thai Red Curry Shrimp with rice.
