We offer seasonal favorites every year so you can relax and take some of the work out of entertaining. You can rest assured that Sonoma Seafoods and Sonoma Foods entrees are sustainable, natural and savory. All of our stuffings are made fresh every day. We use fresh whole milk and butter, grate our own fresh natural cheese and even chop our own fresh vegetables. We never add artificial additives, preservatives, or food colorings, and we use absolutely NO MSG. Our seasonal entrees include:

Cioppino

A classic seafood stew, originated by old-world Italian fishermen in San Francisco. Ours includes crab legs, shrimp, clams, mussels, and codfish in a hearty tomato-stock broth sure to pair well with sourdough bread and a glass of wine.

Turducken Roast, rolledTurDuCken

A Sonoma "take" on a southern favorite: Turkey stuffed with duck and chicken. We start with a California turkey breast, boneless duck breast, and boneless chicken breast fillet. Then we spread out a savory Cajun cornbread stuffing over the trio of poultry meats, and roll it all up into a pinwheel roast that is either hand-tied or netted.

Our TurDuCken is then lightly seasoned and ready for roasting. We can also slice our TurDuCken roasts into single-serving size pinwheels. Order the entire rolled roast, or pre-sliced, pre-packaged pinwheels.

Coconut Crab-Stuffed Shrimp

A sweet Asian style favorite with a twist: our crab stuffing. It's a restaurant-quality entree that comes oven-ready for home chefs.
