Sonoma Seafoods, quality is checked and measured long before the

fact, our quality control starts while the fish are still swimming.
Our growers use the most advanced aquaculture
methods in the world and
the relationships we have with our suppliers date back more than a decade.
With more than 60 years of seafood experience, our principals
and buyers have developed solid relationships with the best seafood processors
and fishermen in the industry. We know our processors and they
know us -- that gives you the best seafood available.
And it doesn't stop there. All of our stuffings
are made fresh everyday. We use fresh whole milk, grate our own
fresh natural cheese and even chop our own fresh vegetables. Our
products are truly "clean." We never add artificial
additives, preservatives, or food colorings, and we use absolutely NO
MSG.
We are unique in our methods of preparing
our fish fillets as well. We remove the fatline -- the ugly brown stripe
running the length of the fillet -- from the fish. If left in, it
gives the filet a strong fishy flavor and greatly reduces the
shelf life of the product.
The associated loss of removing the fatline
and trim is about 8 percent, but we believe this is an investment
in the repeat sale. Our stringent focus on quality allows
us to deliver perfect seafood entrees that are the freshest
and longest lasting available.
