COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Conventional Oven:
Remove product from package before cooking. (If product has been frozen let thaw for 1 hour at room temp, or 24 hours in refrigerator.) Place on lightly oiled baking pan or ovenable dish. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 375° or until fish is cooked and center is hot.

Microwave Oven:
Remove product from package before cooking. Place on microwavable dish and cook on high for approximately 3 minutes, rotate 1/2 turn and cook an additional 2 minutes or until done (cooking times may vary).
