PestosA Calamari treat. A tenderized
calamari ring, generously stuffed with two kinds of
cheese and fresh basil, then gently battered and breaded.

ShrimpA butterfly peeled gulf shrimp,
topped with a crabmeat stuffing and hand breaded with
Japanesestyle crumbs. Available frozen only.

MushroomsWe begin with a fresh, oversized
button mushroom, hull out the center, and replace
it with a tantalizing blend of cheese, crabmeat, and
spices. Available frozen only. |

Fiesta
Shrimp SalsaA new twist on an old
favorite. This delicious salsa, not too hot, is loaded
with fresh shrimp, chunks of tomatoes, and just the
right combination of spices. Available fresh only. |
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Pestos:
Deep FryFrom frozen,
for 45-60 seconds or until just brown. Drain 1-2
minutes and serve. Caution: Filling
is very hot.
Pan FryHeat 1/4 cup
high quality vegetable oil or peanut oil in a non-stick
skillet. Carefully place frozen Pestos in oil and cook
about 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Caution: Filling is very hot.
Stuffed Shrimp:
Remove product from package. Place
on lightly oiled baking dish and bake at 375°F for
approximately 15 minutes or until shrimp turns pink and
is hot in the center.
Shrimp Poppers:
Place Shrimp Poppers separately
in 350°F shortening or oil and cook for 1 1/2 to 2
minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot after draining
on absorbent paper.
Shrimp Salsa:
Shake container well and serve
with chips. Also makes a great addition to eggs or as
a topper for any baked fish dish. Try it on a baked potato!
