ur most popular line is our fresh stuffed seafood. All the entrees are also available frozen. If ordering through our FedEx Fresh program, there are two pack options, a two portion tray or a four portion tray. Stuffed Salmon Belle Mar

Stuffed Salmon Belle Mar—a boneless, skinless, fat-line removed Salmon Fillet wrapped around our most popular fresh stuffing. Our gourmet stuffing contains long-grain rice, whole egg mayonnaise, French bread crumbs, and Oregon bay shrimp.

Stuffed Sole Monterey

Stuffed Sole Monterey—a delicate boneless fillet of sole, wrapped around our Monterey Stuffing made with three kinds of cheese.

Stuffed Tilapia Supreme—a delicate boneless fillet of farm-raised Tilapia stuffed with our popular Supreme stuffing -- made with a blend of five different cheeses, and fresh from the garden broccoli.

Stuffed Salmon Pinwheels —Boneless, skinless Salmon fillet pinwheels, available stuffed with a variety of fillings.

Stuffed "Hawaiian Style" Mahi-Mahi —our newest product. A premium cut of boneless Ahi stuffed with a decidedly Hawaiian mixture of mangos, macadamia nuts, and crabmeat. Deliciously sweet and different.

Stuffed Halibut Cous Cous

Stuffed Halibut Cous Cous—the tastiest of choices for the health conscious. A hearty fillet of Halibut stuffed with cous cous and sun-dried tomatoes.

Stuffed Orange Roughy Supreme

Stuffed Orange Roughy Supreme—a premium boneless fillet of Orange Roughy, stuffed with our popular Supreme stuffing, made with a blend of five different cheeses, and fresh from the garden broccoli.

Stuffed Cod Supreme

Stuffed Cod Supreme—a delicate, boneless fillet of cod, wrapped around our Supreme stuffing make with a blend of five different cheeses and fresh-from-the- garden broccoli.

Stuffed Catfish Creole—a boneless fillet of catfish, wrapped around our zesty Creole stuffing made with fresh from the garden green bell peppers and tomatoes. Tender crawfish round out this perfect Louisiana recipe for a real spice of life.

Stuffed Salmon Roast

Stuffed Salmon Roasts—we offer six different varieties including Spinach/Feta and Belle Mar. Great for parties and large families. Each roast weighs 2 lbs.

Our suggestions to the retail establishment for target customers for the shelf–ready two–portion pack are:

  • moms shopping for quick, high quality meals for their families or dinner parties
  • single people
  • couples (no kids), with little time for cooking either for themselves or for their dinner guests
  • people wanting to add seafood to their diets for health reasons, but who are unsure how to prepare it

Of course, any customer that enjoys an easy–to–prepare, delicious entree should be encouraged to purchase any of the stuffed products.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Weight: 6 oz portion

Conventional Oven
Remove product from the package before cooking. Place on lightly oiled baking pan or oven–able dish. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 375°F or until fish is cooked and center is hot.

Microwave Oven
Remove product from the package before cooking. Place on microwave dish and cook on high for approximately three minutes, rotate 1/2 turn and cook an additional two minutes or until done. Cooking time may vary on type of microwave.

Bar-B-Que
Place entree on a piece of aluminum foil, squeeze lemon over entree. Wrap foil completely around the entree and place on grill, away from flame. Grill approximately 15 minutes, turning once during cooking. Entree is cooked when the fish flakes easily.
