COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Weight: 6 oz portion
Conventional Oven
Remove product from the package before cooking. Place on
lightly oiled baking pan or ovenable dish. Cover loosely
with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 15 to
20 minutes at 375°F or until fish is cooked and center
is hot.
Microwave Oven
Remove product from the package before cooking. Place on
microwave dish and cook on high for approximately three
minutes, rotate 1/2 turn and cook an additional two minutes
or until done. Cooking time may vary on type of microwave.
Bar-B-Que
Place entree on a piece of aluminum foil, squeeze lemon
over entree. Wrap foil completely around the entree and
place on grill, away from flame. Grill approximately 15
minutes, turning once during cooking. Entree is cooked when
the fish flakes easily.
